A compulsive curator and multi-spirited entrepreneur, Alex brings a marketing degree from the University of Miami and more than 16 years of experience in the lifestyle, art, and hospitality sectors to his role at Superfine Art Fair.

A guiding force in the curatorial style and business approach of all Superfine fairs, Alex is also a major collector of contemporary art, (partially recovering) social media addict, published writer, and film producer. From home base in NYC, Alex, James, and the team have launched Superfine fairs in six US cities and growing each year.

James Miille

CO-FOUNDER | MANAGING PARTNER

James Miille brings a profound aesthetic sense and keen eye to all things Superfine. Responsible for everything from web development and curatorial oversight to managing relationships with Superfine’s artist roster, James is a multi-faceted personality who adds detailed visual narrative to an organization rooted in the visual.

James is also a top-selling photographer based in NYC. His artwork is frequently featured in publications such as Architectural Digest, Hi-Fructose Magazine, and Artnet and has also been exhibited in solo exhibitions in New York, Miami, and Paris. He specializes in making ordinary objects float – and yes, he does in fact have two i's in his last name.

 

Alicia
Rota

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Alicia Rota is a dynamic and creative manager with a background in film production and hospitality. Leveraging her passion for the arts and business acumen, she has achieved success in diverse industries. At Superfine, Alicia spearheads logistical operations for nationwide fairs, manages communication with artists and partners, and contributes to day-to-day operations. Beyond Superfine, she engages in acting and independent film production while expressing her creativity through a love of cooking.

 

Deming
Harriman

ARTIST LIAISON

Deming Harriman is an artist and designer based in New York City. Her work has been published in TASCHEN’s Library of Esoteric series and featured in notable outlets like the Jersey City Times, Washington Post, and Artnet News. Her installations can be found on Royal Caribbean cruise ships and at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NY. As a Superfine exhibitor alum, she provides valuable firsthand insights in her role as Artist Liaison for the Superfine Team.

 

Joshua
Guicherit

PARTNERSHIPS & COMMS

Joshua is a versatile creative content producer committed to promoting and educating local artists. His academic journey spans diverse disciplines, including filmmaking, podcasting, theatre, and graphic design. A proud graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Theatre Design, Joshua constantly expands his skill set. Beyond his academic achievements, Joshua dedicates himself to supporting the arts community. When he's not immersed in artistic endeavors, you'll likely find him in his car, eagerly seeking out the next adventure.

 

Paul
Boland

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Paul brings a knowledge and passion for numbers and accounting to the mix. Starting originally in public accounting and progressing across the spectrum to controllership work. Paul has been in the field for the last 12 years, holds a BS in Accounting, an MBA, and is also a Licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS. In addition to the accounting background, Paul also completed a degree in music while in college. Paul loves the world of art and culture and the cross section of interesting personalities that it brings together!

Pinkney

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Jacob Pinkney, a seasoned full-stack marketer with a global impact, brings forth a wealth of experience driving results for diverse brands. He holds a Bachelors in Communications from Howard University and a Master’s in Strategic Communications from Florida International University. His passions include a love for art, travel, and the joy of discovering new and exciting foods!

 

Rick
Odria

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Rick Odria, a graphic artist based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, refined his design skills at Becker College in Worcester, MA, before founding his skateboard and apparel brand in 2007. As the creative force behind Pink Hippo Creative, Rick has collaborated with notable clients such as musician Kevin Rudolf and retail brand PacSun. Beyond design, Rick channels his passion into a music project, enjoys playing hockey, and cherishes time with his fiancé and two cherished pets—a potbellied pig and a rescue puppy.
