A new art market
Superfine! began in 2015 as a reaction to what we saw in the art market -- inflated prices, sluggish sales, and a widening valley between an ever-growing art-appreciating public and work positioned far outside of their range. Through a two-year process of honing in and refining all of the aspects of a successful art fair, we've achieved a balance that enables exhibitors to experience brisk sales while affording all types of collectors the ability to take home work that they love, within their budget. By doing so, we create not just another art fair, but a brand new art market whose success rests on the shoulders of not just a select few, but all who enjoy supporting the work of talented artists.
With our third full-scale fair and inaugural New York rendition, Superfine! NYC this past May broke the mold of what a curated, accessibly-priced art fair entails both for our exhibitors (who, admittedly, are more like family than clients) and the art-loving public that we serve. Our team is as passionate and committed as each and every artist whose work graces the walls of our fairs. In December 2017, Superfine! will return to the heart of Midtown Miami during Miami Art Week (also known as Art Basel Week), a time that affords our exhibitors access to not only Miami's burgeoning collector community but also to nearly 100,000 international art aficionados visiting the city for one of the quintessential art weeks of the entire world. We've also got a fair on tap for Mexico City's Zona Maco week in February, and will return to New York's Meatpacking District in May 2018 during Frieze Art Week, as well as another East Coast city that we'll open up to applications on January 1st.
We can't wait to see you in Miami this December, and encourage you to take a moment to click below for a sneak preview of what a Superfine! fair entails.
